Instacast · Podcast-Client landet im Mac App Store

Nachdem der beliebte Podcast-Client Instacast (mein Preview) schon eine ganze Weile als stand-alone Downloadversion verfügbar ist, landete er gestern Abend auch im Mac App Store.

Allerdings gibt es einige Unterschiede zur ‘normalen’ Version, die nicht unerwähnt bleiben sollen:

In order to be compliant with the rules of the Mac App Store, we had to remove the Flattr sharing service and support for controlling Instacast’s playback via the media keys on Apple Keyboards. We are working on a solution to bring these features to our App Store customers at a later date.

Wem diese Einschränkungen nicht stören, kann aber getrost zugreifen.

Der Preis liegt im MAS derzeit bei 17,99 Euro. Zur Installation wird OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion vorausgesetzt.
